I love the Afrihost's live Whatapp feature, very convenient. I got the answers so fast to help resolve an issue I had with the Database on my domain.

Definitely a customer first company. I'm relocating and the hassle of relocating my fibre landed much much much better with highly responsive staff, no long wait times for calls. I'm impressed.

So far so good. Ordered my fibre on Tuesday. All was up and running on Friday. Their service is a refreshing uplifting hope for customer service in South Africa. They make use of latest technologies and processes. Only criticism would be to have a status update on each step, to remind one what is next and what is to be done, but their response time on enquiring is fast and on the ball. Lets hope the service standard are maintained in my new relationship with Afrihost and Octotel. Bye bye Telkom it has been awful. Hello super fast internet.

Since discovering Afrihost several years ago I've never been without data. The best part is that within seconds of requesting a top up, my app is loaded with data. Afrihost you are awesome!!!

Experience is always good but I think payfast need to work on there links that direct you how to do things "changing card info" it's not the same as what you see on the screen

Spoke to a gentleman named Thulani, who helped me troubleshoot the problem I had at hand. Not only did he help me, but he also taught me something new at the same time. It was a great experience, I feel like I can help others now😅
